Real-time portfolio analytics rebuilt on a streaming architecture so the desk sees what is happening now — not what happened at close.

Daily reporting ran on end-of-day snapshots, so traders made decisions on data that was already six to nine hours old.

We rebuilt the dashboard on an event-streaming pipeline with sub-second refresh, a typed React front-end and role-based access for every desk.
