We need a Delivery Lead who can manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, keeping projects on track while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will work at the intersection of technical execution and client management — translating business needs into actionable plans, tracking progress, and ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

Manage delivery of 2-3 concurrent client projects across different domains
Define project scope, milestones, timelines and risk mitigation plans
Facilitate sprint planning, standups, demos and retrospectives
Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders
Track project health metrics and communicate status to leadership
Identify and resolve blockers quickly to maintain delivery momentum

Requirements

4+ years of project or program management experience in software development
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and presentational
Experience managing remote, cross-functional engineering teams
Comfortable with technical concepts — able to engage in architecture discussions
Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time

Nice to have

Certified Scrum Master, PMP or equivalent certification
Previous experience in a software engineering role
Experience with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Notion, etc.)
Background working with enterprise clients or in a consulting environment
